Envigo Networks deployed unified IT, security, and communications systems for a private equity firm’s Miami office.

Overview.

The firm operates in a high-performance environment where constant communication with investors, partners, and project stakeholders is critical. Conference room technology needed to work flawlessly for both in-person and remote meetings without delays or technical complications.

At the same time, the organization required strong cybersecurity and identity management controls to protect sensitive development and financial information. As team members and contractors join and leave projects, the company needed the ability to quickly grant or revoke access to systems and data.

Physical security was also a priority, requiring a modern surveillance and access control platform that could integrate with the company’s identity management system.

The Challenge.

A Miami-based private equity firm leased new office space at 545 Wyn and required a modern technology environment capable of supporting fast-paced real estate development and investment operations. Their team constantly communicates with investors, analyzes project data, and collaborates across multiple development initiatives simultaneously.

Envigo Networks was engaged to design and deploy the office’s complete low-voltage infrastructure including network, Wi-Fi, audiovisual systems, cloud-managed workstations, VoIP communications, and integrated security. The objective was to deliver a reliable, secure, and seamless technology environment that allows the firm’s team to focus entirely on their business operations without worrying about technology disruptions.

The Solution.

Envigo Networks engineered a unified technology platform designed around reliability, automation, and security.

The office network and Wi-Fi infrastructure were designed to provide fast and consistent connectivity throughout the workspace, supporting cloud applications, video conferencing, and real-time collaboration tools.

All staff were equipped with standardized cloud-managed workstations using Microsoft Entra ID. Each device is automatically provisioned so that when a user signs in, their full digital workspace—including email, files, password managers, applications, and security policies—automatically configures itself. This centralized identity management system allows administrators to instantly grant or revoke access privileges when team members join or leave the organization.

Conference rooms were equipped with fully integrated Zoom Rooms to provide seamless video conferencing experiences for meetings with investors and partners. Multiple conference rooms operate in sync with the Microsoft tenant, ensuring a consistent collaboration experience across the office.

Envigo Networks also deployed a UniFi Protect surveillance system and UniFi Access Control to secure the physical environment. These systems synchronize with Azure AD, allowing user access to be managed centrally and automatically across both digital and physical systems.

Additional systems deployed included office-wide audio speakers for common areas, television installations throughout the office configured with YouTube TV, and a Zoom-based VoIP platform for client communications.

To ensure long-term security and operational stability, all systems are continuously monitored through robust cybersecurity policies and a 24/7 U.S.-based Security Operations Center (SOC). Conditional access policies ensure that company data can only be accessed from authorized company-issued devices, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized access.
